Welcome to my blog that I am dedicating to my journey to become a skilled floral designer. My love for flowers began when I first experienced the joy of creating an arrangement in the floral department at Safeway when I was only 16. Not long after did I begin to work in that department full time, loving every moment of it and learning so much. After several semesters at the SRJC and 2 semesters at Calvary Chapel Bible College, I came back home and decided to go back to the Junior College to get my degree in Floral Design. It has been so much fun learning more technique and skill in these classes.
The start of something beautiful.
I have had the great opportunity to work with a few couples doing their wedding flowers and also making corsages and boutonnieres for prom for several high schools in Sonoma County. I intend on creating a more extensive site with albums of photos of my work, but for now I will post a few of my favorite.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope to give you plenty of updates on where this journey is taking me!

I'm proud of you, Love.
Julia, I really am so impressed and inspired by your beautiful blog page, and the beautiful story explaining your journey that lead to your love for the flower designing that you do so beautifully. I always knew you had special talent and that it would manifest itself in some sort of artistic way, and what better way than through your love for flowers!
I have prayed for this really, so many times throughout your young life, and God has been faithful to hear and answer my prayers, better than I could have ever expected!! I am so proud of you , and that the Lord saw fit to bless us by letting us be your parents, so we could get the best look into what He has done, and that it is so
good! Keep living for His glory in all you do daughter, you are His craftmanship, created in His image, to live for His glory, and we are glad! I love you, Mom
